Holy moly! It’s been 12 years since I started my genealogy blogging journey. I honestly can’t believe it’s been that long, as it seems like yesterday.
Before I get to my big announcement, I want to take a moment to thank all of my loyal followers for sticking with me all these years. It truly means a lot to have your support and I hope that you find little nuggets of gold that help you along your own genealogy journey.
Life has truly been crazy in 2020. It was crazy for me before the global pandemic, and I made it even crazier over the last several of months, taking my genealogy business is a new direction. So why not get totally crazy and start a NEW BLOG?!?!?!? Totally nuts, I know!
But, this new blog coincides with my new business direction and brand, Genealogy In Action. And, I think you’ll enjoy the new blog. Each post will focus on teaching a concept and then getting you to take action on your own research. So, I hope you’ll hop on over and check out the new blog. The very first post shares my story of why I chose this new path—check it out!
But don’t worry, Julie’s Genealogy & History Hub will still be here. And this time next year, we’ll be celebrating 13 years (wow!).

Thanks, Linda! At one time, I managed four genealogy blogs for myself and one for a society. I merges all of my four into one about 7 years ago. Now here I am back to having more than one…what am I thinking?
