A lovely lady. I believe the photograph’s imprint reads: A. P. Webb Co., 141 & 143 W. Federal St., Youngstown, Ohio. According to the book Ohio Photographers: 1839-1900, there was an A. P. Webb in Youngstown from 1888-1897.1
