While I was at the FGS 2011 Conference, I stopped by the Institute of Genealogy and Historical Research (IGHR) and learned about a new scholarship. The Birdie Monk Holsclaw Scholarship for IGHR was established in 2010 to cover the cost of tuition. The application deadline is October 1st annually.
