As a follower of this blog, I suspect you’re always on the lookout for ways to organize and preserve your family photos and genealogy records.
Am I right?
I know it’s something we as genealogists struggle with. All the little (okay, BIG!) questions—how to store photos, what resolution to scan documents, and where on earth do I store digital copies—sometimes keep us from choosing a solution and making progress on getting our “stuff” organized.
Well, fellow genealogist and genealogy blogger Taneya Koonce has been helping people with this exact problem in her Facebook group Academy of Legacy Leaders™ : A Group for Family History Enthusiasts. I joined her group about a year ago and have learned so much from her. I know what I need to do, and have implemented a few strategies already, but I still have some work to do…that is my goal for the rest of 2021 so that I can safeguard all of my genealogy records, research, and my photo collection.
If this is an area you’re struggling with, why not hop on over and join Taneya’s Facebook group? Taneya is a wonderful source of information and really cares about the people in the group.
Hope to see you on the inside!
