\nNova was my first-ever (and so far only) cat.\u00a0 I never had one growing up and once I was out on my own, I wanted one.\u00a0 That was 12 years ago!\u00a0 My husband came into the picture after him, and naturally, he \u201cadopted\u201d Nova.\u00a0 About a year-and-a-half ago, my husband and I decided to finally get a dog.\u00a0 We\u2019d been going back-and-forth for years, but the opportunity came when we heard of a chocolate lab puppy that needed a new home ASAP.\u00a0 So, Dakota came home with us when he was just seven months old.\u00a0 Nearly a year-and-a-half later, the cat and dog still do NOT get along.\u00a0 The cat pretty much rules the house and he just doesn\u2019t like the dog AT ALL!\u00a0 But we manage; sibling rivalry I guess.\u00a0 So here are some pics of our pampered pets.<\/p>\n
