This week I decided to take a look at Nebraska Memories<\/a>, which \u201cis a cooperative project to digitize Nebraska-related historical and cultural heritage materials and make them available to researchers\u2026.\u201d  There are several categories to choose from including Maps<\/a>, Towns<\/a>, Government<\/a>, and my favorite, Portraits<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Need a map of the city of Omaha from 1883<\/a>?  They\u2019ve got one.  How about a photo of the William Soester farm<\/a>?  Looking for an aerial view of Wayne State College<\/a> from the 1950s?  They\u2019ve got that too.<\/p>\n

They have tons of identified photographs, including this one of Harold Cornue<\/a>, which I just adore.<\/p>\n
