{"id":1130,"date":"2008-12-04T16:46:00","date_gmt":"2008-12-04T22:46:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/genealogy.julietarr.com\/blog\/are-they-one-in-the-same\/"},"modified":"2013-07-12T23:10:28","modified_gmt":"2013-07-13T04:10:28","slug":"are-they-one-in-the-same","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/genealogy.julietarr.com\/blog\/are-they-one-in-the-same\/","title":{"rendered":"Are They One in the Same?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A week or so ago, during my research, I came across an engagement and wedding announcement, neither of which were what I was searching for.\u00a0 However, they caught my eye.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Aunt&#8221; Pat, it is assumed, was a close family friend.\u00a0 We know that she married a Murphy, and later a McNamera.\u00a0 She was probably around the same age as my grandfather, putting her birth date around 1918.<\/p>\n<p>What I came across, was a Patricia Cahill, who married a James Murphy in 1940.\u00a0 Could this be our &#8220;Aunt&#8221; Pat, who would actually be a relative, not a close family friend?<\/p>\n<p>I have yet to find any other information (it&#8217;s on my to-do list).\u00a0 But, I have the photos that were in the newspaper announcements for Patricia Cahill and a photo of &#8220;Aunt&#8221;
