This lovely lady appears to be from the Rochester, New York area. Unfortunately there is no identifying information.
This cabinet card, which uses a dark green color and scalloped edges, is likely from the 1890s. The imprint on the front reads: Taylor, 152 East Main St, Rochester, N.Y.
The photographer is likely John W. Taylor, who is listed as a photographer in the 1899 Rochester City Directory at the 152 E. Main address.
