Back in September 2020, I ran a free challenge to help genealogists build a research plan in just five days. It was very successful, with nearly 200 participants.
After some feedback and reflection, I’m bringing it back, but it’ll be a little different this time around. You see, while many participants completed the challenge and walked away with an actionable research plan, I think I crammed in too much information (because if you know me, you know I always over-deliver), and in doing so, I may have overwhelmed some of the participants. So I’ve restructured the entire challenge.
Participants will still create an actionable research plan, but it will be over the course of three days. Essentially, I’ve taken out a lot of the “fluff” that might have made it a little difficult to complete the challenge in the original five day format.
So, even if you participated in the original challenge in 2020, I’d encourage you to consider joining again for what I hope to be a “new and improved” version that will give you exactly what you need in that moment to complete the activities and walk away with an actionable research plan at the end.
And, of course, anyone is welcome to join.
We start on Friday, January 21, 2021.
