This appears to be a pretty old photo. It is very worn and in bad shape. Too bad we don’t know who these women are.

I think the woman on the right must be deceased. It looks like her pupils were drawn in, which was pretty common in memento mori photographs. I have looked at a lot of them and I guess have a morbid fascination with them.
